How long does it take to receive a payout?

Traders can request the payout as per their payout cycle selected upon purchasing the Hola Prime accounts. After requesting all payouts are processed within 1 hour.

Note:  Payouts are processed on business days only, excluding weekends. 

Any delays in processing Payouts can happen if traders submit incorrect payout details. In these instances, Hola Prime will reach out to clients to address and resolve the problem.

Beginning of Timeframe: The 1-hour window starts when a trader requests a Payout.

Activities During the Timeframe: Hola Prime’s backend team processes the Payout during this period, performing essential internal verifications and preparing for the transfer.

Conclusion of Timeframe: The timeframe ends when Hola Prime completes the Payout transfer. Traders are then informed through a confirmation email.
